FURIA: the black pantherthat breaks boundariesand conquers the world.
FURIA was born from the desire to be more than a team or an organization: it came from the dream of creating real change in young people’s lives and building a sociocultural movement rooted in evolution, diversity, and belonging. In Uberlândia-MG, that dream took shape with a precise focus: representing Brazil among the best in the world in Counter-Strike, always with passion, resilience, and the DNA of victory.
Soon, the FURIA effect exceeded every expectation. Thanks to the vision of Akkari, Jaime, and Cris, and the strategic in-game leadership of Nicholas "guerri" Nogueira, our first CS line showed that Brazilian talent could lead on the international stage. The panther symbol, designed by Brynner Caldas, quickly became a reference: embraced by fans and athletes, it translates our fearless courage into every play and every achievement.
What drives FURIA is a constant: looking ahead, never accepting shortcuts, and proposing new ways to live, play, compete, and create culture. We turn performance into lifestyle and innovation into tradition, always connecting technical excellence with solid values. Above all, FURIA is about making legacies possible for those who dream big and play together.
The panther on the chest is there for a reason: it redefines boundaries, embraces new talent, challenges the status quo, and builds community. Whether on servers, stages, asphalt, fields, arenas, or streets, FURIA is a symbol of authenticity and overcoming limits. Today, we have more than 10 teams competing at a high level around the world, across many different game styles and competitions.
Fúria can carry many meanings. But FURIA, written this way, roaring through its letters and leaving accents behind, is singular. Just like our history, our legacy, and our future.

History
The road so far
Foundation
André Akkari, Jaime Pádua, and Cris Guedes founded FURIA in Uberlândia-MG. Led by Guerri, FURIA formed its first Counter-Strike line-up and began competing in its first tournaments in Brazil. Shortly after, the team moved to Boca Raton-FL, in the United States, breaking its first international barriers.
A year of building
The work continued without shortcuts and the first signs of recognition arrived, including the Organization of the Year award at the Gamers Club Awards in 2018. Names now strongly tied to FURIA’s history, such as arT, yuurih, and KSCERATO, showed their talent and proved they were not only young prospects, but real contenders and potential idols.
Expansion and global partnerships
FURIA acquired FURIA Uppercut, a competitive League of Legends team. Seeking to expand its commitment to diversity, the organization also formed its first 100% women’s CS team. With solid partnerships and growing market attention, FURIA became the first esports team in the world to close a partnership to have its gear supplied and distributed by the largest sporting goods company on the planet, in a launch campaign with worldwide reach.
São Paulo, CBLOL, and ESL Pro League
To expand its competitive operations and support a growing team, FURIA opened its new office in São Paulo-SP. It was also the organization’s debut year in CBLOL. In 2020, FURIA lifted the ESL Pro League Season 12 trophy, a title that placed its CS team at the highest level of international Counter-Strike. At the end of the season, the organization also won Best Organization at the Prêmio Esports Brasil, from SporTV.
Competitive versatility and lifestyle
With teams across several different games, FURIA showed its versatility. In international CS, the organization qualified for world championships, as did its VALORANT, Rainbow Six Siege, and Rocket League lines, becoming the first Brazilian organization to achieve those feats. The women’s CS team also kept filling FURIA’s trophy shelves, highlighted by WESG LATAM 2021. In lifestyle, FURIA launched its first in-house clothing collection.
Louvre Agreement
In 2021, FURIA signed the Louvre Agreement and became the first Brazilian organization with a fixed spot in ESL Pro League CS. The year was crowned once again with the Best Organization trophy at the Prêmio Esports Brasil.
From Brazil to the World
The year began with a debut on the big screen through the documentary "Do Brasil Para o Mundo", following the journey of the international CS team at the Major in Sweden. After its success in competition and lifestyle, FURIA opened its Diversity and Inclusion Department, a unit focused on reflecting on and promoting internal and external affirmative initiatives for social, racial, and gender minorities. In that context, actions such as Cine FURIA took children from the outskirts of São Paulo to watch major movie releases.
Skate, culture, and titles
FURIA Skate Club was also launched as an initiative to develop the national skate scene and support skaters and event organizations in Brazil and around the world. FURIA also broke beyond the esports bubble with the FURIA x Batman collaboration, a collection that brought together the panther and the Batman, an icon of pop culture. Competitively, highlights included Rocket League’s Gamers8 world title, VALORANT entering as a VALORANT Champions Tour franchise, the historic IEM Rio Major 2022 campaign, and the women’s CS title at MEG Feminino 2022.
Malta, Magic Panthera, and FalleN
In full expansion, FURIA inaugurated its training center in Europe, in Malta, with infrastructure designed for teams to focus and train in an ideal environment for developing their skills. Recognition expanded beyond esports, with Warner’s Prêmio Melhores do Ano in the "Innovation" category for the FURIA x Batman collection. In lifestyle, the organization launched Magic Panthera, a bold and mystical collection built around the mysticism of the panther. In CS, FURIA gave fans and the Counter-Strike community a landmark signing with FalleN, the best Brazilian player of his generation and one of the greatest in the world of all time.
A new home and Esports World Cup
The club grew and moved into a new home in São Paulo, a space worthy of the moment, with more structure for teams in training and staff, as well as a welcoming environment for fans and partners at FURIA events. At the same time, the panther expanded its reach beyond Brazil: FURIA was one of the teams chosen to join the select group connected to the Saudi investment fund linked to the Esports World Cup, playing a leading role in Saudi Arabia’s ambitious project to become the world’s largest esports hub. The organization made a strong appearance at EWC with its teams, leadership, and content crew.
Kings League Brazil and new partnerships
In the year of the first Kings League Brazil edition, FURIA FC announced its new pair of presidents: Cris Guedes and Neymar Jr. The star, a reference for Brazilian soccer over recent decades, took a place of honor in the project alongside his friend and FURIA co-founder. For the tournament broadcasts, the organization joined forces with Podpah, hosted by Igão and Mítico, on the new Madhouse TV channel. Partnerships with Adidas and Oakley were also announced. The global giants, references in both sports and fashion, arrived as FURIA consolidated itself as a meeting point between traditional and electronic sports. FURIA became the first organization to be elected Best Organization at the Prêmio Esports Brasil for the third time.
