As defined under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (“LGPD” – Federal Law No. 13,709/2018), in most instances and across the majority of our operations, we will act as the data controller of your information, and as such, will be responsible for determining what happens to your data and for protecting it.
FURIA is committed to the security of your data, to respecting your privacy, and to maintaining transparency with you. For this reason, we have dedicated this document to explaining how your Personal Data, as defined herein, will be processed and what measures we employ to keep it secure.
For ease of understanding of this Privacy Policy, whenever the terms ‘FURIA’, ‘we’, or ‘our’ appear, they refer to the controller of your Personal Data. Whenever you read ‘user’, ‘you’, ‘your’, or ‘yours’, they refer to you, our customer or Platform user.

The processing of Personal Data may be based on different legal grounds set forth in the LGPD, including the data subject’s consent, compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, performance of a contract, exercise of legal rights, or FURIA’s legitimate interest.
“Personal Data” means any information relating to you that personally identifies you, whether individually or in combination with any other information made available to us.
If you are a minor, your registration must be completed and authorized by your legal guardians. FURIA shall not be held liable for registrations completed directly by minors without the appropriate supervision and authorization of their legal guardians, and may delete such records upon identifying any irregularity.

4. Marketing Activities
Should you authorize the use of your Personal Data for marketing activities, you will be subscribing to receive FURIA’s newsletters, create an account, use one of our applications, request or provide feedback on an online product or service, or use the Platform. Upon such authorization, we will analyze your behavior and use your Personal Data to create a profile based on the information we hold about you.
We will build your profile in accordance with your preferences to offer the best personalized experience and to send personalized marketing messages and newsletters, as well as to create opinion surveys.
To achieve the aforementioned purposes, FURIA uses your Personal Data considering how you interact with our brand across all the various channels described above. The information we collect in this regard, through each of those channels, reveals a great deal about your interests and preferences. This insight enables us to offer the best possible FURIA experience. In particular, we may combine information we collect with information obtained from third parties.
If you have permitted us to send marketing communications, we will use the information you have provided through your interactions with us to send personalized messages concerning products or services, discounts, giveaways, events, and commercial promotions carried out by FURIA. In certain circumstances, we will also combine your personal information with that of other individuals to generate comprehensive reports on how customers use our products and services and experience our brand, though for statistical purposes, we will use your Personal Data only in anonymized form.
In addition, we will send direct marketing communications through the channel of your choice and consent, such as email, telephone, or social media. As noted, the messages we send will be personalized and tailored to your individual preferences and interests. We use analytical data to generate these personalized messages. Such direct marketing messages may contain information about FURIA’s products and services, events, giveaways, promotions, and news. We will also use, in certain circumstances, these channels for opinion surveys (to inquire whether you would like to participate in a survey).
The Platform employs retargeting technologies. This enables us to display our advertisements on other websites to visitors who have already shown an interest in our store and our products and/or services.
We believe that presenting personalized, interest-based advertisements is more relevant and beneficial to our customers than displaying advertisements with no personal connection.
Retargeting technologies analyze information we collect about your interactions with the Platform, as described above in connection with marketing activities, including your cookies, and display advertisements based on your prior web browsing behavior.
All of our marketing communications include a straightforward opt-out mechanism for the receipt of future messages – that is, they allow for the revocation of consent – as we provide a link through which you may unsubscribe.
5. Sharing of Your Personal Data
For the purpose of carrying out the activities listed above, we may, whenever necessary, share your Personal Data with other companies within our economic group, service providers, employees, directors, partners, or regulatory authorities. We never sell Personal Data.
The following is a summary of such possibilities:
5.1. Service Providers: In order to make our products available and deliver our services with quality, we rely on the collaboration of various service providers who process the Personal Data collected on behalf of FURIA and in accordance with our instructions. 5.3. Potential Purchasers: We may share your Personal Data with other companies with which FURIA concludes a sale or transfer of part or all of FURIA’s business, enterprise, or operations. In the event such sale or transfer is not consummated, we will request that the potential purchaser refrain from using or disclosing your Personal Data in any manner or form, and that it be fully deleted and destroyed.
5.4. Social Media Providers: This Platform provides links and redirects to third-party platforms, including WhatsApp, Discord, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Upon accessing such platforms, you will be subject to their own privacy policies and terms of use. 5.5. With Your Consent: We will share your Personal Data with third parties and in other limited circumstances. In such cases, we will obtain your consent to share your Personal Data in that manner.
6. Storage and Security of Personal Data
We store your data securely in data centers located both within Brazil and abroad. In the event of storage abroad, all applicable legal measures are implemented in compliance with the General Data Protection Law and its future regulations, thereby ensuring the protection and privacy of your Personal Data.
We employ best-in-class techniques to protect the Personal Data we collect from unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, or any form of improper or unlawful processing, including encryption mechanisms.
Internally, the Personal Data collected is accessed only by duly authorized professionals, in accordance with the principles of proportionality, necessity, and relevance to FURIA’s business objectives, as well as the commitment to confidentiality and preservation of your privacy as set forth in this Policy.
We emphasize, however, that no platform is entirely secure. Should you have any concern or suspicion that your data may be at risk, please contact us through our support channels and we will be happy to assist you promptly.

Upon first access, we will display a banner allowing the user to: (i) accept all cookies; (ii) reject non-essential cookies; or (iii) configure preferences on a granular basis, at any time, through ‘Manage Cookies’.
7.2. Upon expiration of the applicable period, the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless retention is necessary for the regular exercise of rights in judicial, administrative, or arbitral proceedings.
11. Amendments to This Privacy Policy
We are continuously striving to improve the experience of our customers. As such, our Personal Data processing practices may be subject to change as new features and services are introduced. We value transparency in the way we handle your Personal Data.
